ceviche with mango & avocado. Omg - it was to die for. I highly

My boyfriend and I are big fans of
oysters, and after finding out grotto fish market had an oyster
bar we just had to give it a try! we ordered a dozen oysters, 2
bowls of clam chowder and the special half lobster with prawns.
Everything tasted superb and it was all at a wonderful price!!

The food was amazinggggggg.
The clam chowder was thick and filled with clams and potatoes.
The oysters were so fresh! Whoever the schucker was was
awesome--no rocks or sand or anything in my oysters :)

Grotto Fish Market is a chill little seafood restaurant &
oyster/beer bar at Monterey Fisherman's Wharf with a cool island
vibe. I highly recommend the Clam Chowder in a bread bowl!!!
The Spicy Shrimp Cocktail is good too! -

Came here for the first time a few
weeks ago, and just fell in love! We ordered a dozen oysters to
start off, and they were delicious! Then we ordered their
lobster and shrimp special for $19 I believe, and it was equally
tasty. But the real kicker was their clam chowder......wow, one
of the best I've tasted. It was creamy, seasoned well, with lots
of ingredients. This is a place that I would definitely come
